Depending on where you live, the item may take more time for your exchanged product to reach its destination.

When damage occurs
The buyer will receive a full refund if item is returned within 7 days after it's received. As items are one of a kind, ordering a replacement may be possible, but might take time to produce.
In such case we may ask your support (requesting a damage report for a shipping provider) for a insurance claim.
